Jicama~ cucumber & orange salad

| 2 | Oranges, peeled and cubed | |

| ¼ | cup | Lime juice |
| 3 | tablespoons | Orange juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped mint |
Directions
1. Combine the jicama, cucumber, oranges and green onions in a glass bowl. 2. Combine the lime juice, orange juice, chili powder and salt; mix and pour over the salad ingredients. 3. Sprinkle the mint over the salad, toss and chill for at least 2 hours.
