Jelly pie

Measure Ingredient
3 larges Tbsp. tart jelly
3 \N Eggs; beaten
1 \N Spoonful butter
1 \N Spoonful cream
1 \N Spoonful sugar
\N \N Nutmeg to taste

This Southern specialty is rarely made today, even in the South.

Mix all these ingredients together and place in a cooked pie shell. Place in a 350ø oven for about 15 minutes.
