Ingredients

6Bananas, peeled
1cupOrange juice
1cupBrown sugar
½cupGrated coconut
½cupDry cake crumbs (from sponge cake or yellow cake)
¼teaspoonNutmeg
¼teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

1. Split bananas in buttered baking dish.

2. Mix orange juice and sugar and pour over the bananas.

3. Mix together crumbs, coconut, and spices.
