Jakarta delight

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Bananas, peeled
1 cup Orange juice
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup Grated coconut
½ cup Dry cake crumbs (from sponge cake or yellow cake)
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

1. Split bananas in buttered baking dish.

2. Mix orange juice and sugar and pour over the bananas.

3. Mix together crumbs, coconut, and spices.
