Yield: 6 Servings
|1 cup||Orange juice|
|1 cup||Brown sugar|
|½ cup||Grated coconut|
|½ cup||Dry cake crumbs (from sponge cake or yellow cake)|
1. Split bananas in buttered baking dish.
2. Mix orange juice and sugar and pour over the bananas.
3. Mix together crumbs, coconut, and spices.
