Italian sausage- ala gimme lean

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Gimme Lean
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon Fennel seed, crushed
½ teaspoon Thyme
\N \N Hot pepper flakes to taste

Mix well and roll into "sausage" shaped rolls. Bake 350 deg. for 15 minutes on Pam-sprayed greased pan. Flip and bake 15 more.

Cook in sauce ½ hour if making for spaghetti or sandwiches.
