Iowa pea salad

Measure Ingredient
1 each Peas frozen
4 eaches Cheese, chedar cut in square
¼ cup Pickle juice sweet variety
2 eaches Eggs, hard boiled
⅜ cup Mayonaise
¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste

Cook the peas for a maximum of three minutes and cool and drain.

Combine the peas, cheese, pickles, eggs and salt. Stir in the mayonaise. Recipe from Cora Terrill
