| ⅔ | cup | Low fat mayonnaise or fat free plain |

| 1½ | teaspoon | Mild curry blend or to taste |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh ground cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mild chili powder |
| ¼ | cup | Sweet pickle relish or chopped sweet |
| ; gherkins | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Prepared yellow mustard |
| 4 | Boiled egg whites; (chopped) | |
| Cayenne pepper; (HOT optional) | ||
Directions
Mix together ingredients to combine well. Add Cayenne to taste, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two to let flavors combine. Makes about 3 cups.
Serve in a pita with assorted sprouts. May be stuffed in a cooked baked potato, or cooked as a casserole with cheese sprinkled on top.
