¼ cup | Sweet pickle relish or chopped sweet |

4 \N | Boiled egg whites; (chopped) |
\N \N | Cayenne pepper; (HOT optional) |
Mix together ingredients to combine well. Add Cayenne to taste, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two to let flavors combine. Makes about 3 cups.
Serve in a pita with assorted sprouts. May be stuffed in a cooked baked potato, or cooked as a casserole with cheese sprinkled on top.
