Indian tuna

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces StarKist Solid White or Chunk Light Tuna; drained
\N \N ; packed in spring water
⅔ cup Low fat mayonnaise or fat free plain
\N \N ; yogurt
1½ teaspoon Mild curry blend or to taste
1 teaspoon Fresh ground cumin
1 teaspoon Mild chili powder
¼ cup Sweet pickle relish or chopped sweet
\N \N ; gherkins
2 tablespoons Prepared yellow mustard
4 \N Boiled egg whites; (chopped)
\N \N Cayenne pepper; (HOT optional)

Mix together ingredients to combine well. Add Cayenne to taste, if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two to let flavors combine. Makes about 3 cups.

Serve in a pita with assorted sprouts. May be stuffed in a cooked baked potato, or cooked as a casserole with cheese sprinkled on top.
