2 Apples- cored & chopped
½ cup Onion- chopped
½ cup Raisins
⅓ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Brown sugar- packed Water
2 tablespoons Candied citron -opt
1 teaspoon Curry powder Salt
½ teaspoon Ginger; ground
⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon; ground
⅛ teaspoon Cloves; ground
1 Garlic clove-peeled & minced

Cook all ingredients on high covered (100%) for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook uncovered for further 3 minutes. MAKES: 1¾ cups
