Indian chutney dressing

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Sour cream
2 tablespoons Yoghurt
3 tablespoons Chutney of your choice
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Mild curry powder
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together all the ingredients and chill until ready to use. If you would like a thinner consistency, thin with boiling water, a few drops at a time.
