Hyde park bar and grill sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Mayonnaise
1 cup Jalapeno
1 cup Green onions
1 tablespoon Celery seed
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
⅛ tablespoon Cayenne pepper

Puree jalapenos and onions in blender or food processor. Place mixture in mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat on low speed for 5 minutes.

Makes 8 cups.
