Hum-mouse dip

Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
6 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
½ cup Tahini (sesame paste)
3 \N Cloves garlic, pressed
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Cayenne pepper to taste
1 \N 15 oz. can chickpeas,
\N \N Drained & reserved
¼ cup Chopped parsley, optional

In blender or food processor, blend lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, cayenne and ¼ cup chickpea liquid until smooth. Add chickpeas, blending to a rough consistency. If smoother or thinner texture is desired, add more chickpea liquid and blend accordingly.
