Hummus party dip^

Measure Ingredient
1 can (16oz) garbanzo beans, liquid reserved
2 eaches Tb fresh lemon juice
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 each Tb finely chopped onion
OR
1 teaspoon Dry minced onion
SOAKED IN
2 eaches Tb water
¼ teaspoon Paprika
dash Pepper

In a blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine ¼ cup reserve Process until mixture is a smooth paste. Add more liquid if needed to make desi cover and refrigerae until well chilled. Serve with crackers or pita bread, use Variation: Add 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds or ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
