Hot peanut dip

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Peanut butter |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce, low sodium |
| 2 | tablespoons | Water -- hot |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Honey |
| 1 | each | Garlic clove |
| 1 | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
Directions
Combine all ingredient in a blender and process using on/off method.
Add a little more water if necessary to make a smooth dipping sauce.
Serve at room temperature as a dip for assorted raw vegetables.
