Easy peanut sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Smooth peanut butter; preferably natural, (all peanuts only)
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 \N Crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon Curry powder
¾ cup Fat-free low-sodium chicken broth

Source: USA Weekend, August 30, 1998 Combine all in a bowl. Microwave, covered, on high 3 minutes or until smooth. If too thick, add more broth.
