Hot garlic onion dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 carton Sour cream
1 pack Lipton onion soup mix
1 Cloves garlic; minced (up to 2)
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper (up to 1)
⅓ teaspoon Tabasco Sauce (up to 1/2)
¼ teaspoon Cumin powder (up to 1/2)

Mix sour cream and onion mix. Add garlic and mix; add more garlic if needed to taste. Add the cumin to taste and mix. Add the tabasco sauce and mix.

Add cayenne pepper. The sour cream can absorb the cayenne so add more if desired. Let stand in frig at least 1 hr to blend.
