Hot garlic sauce

4Cloves garlic, minced
1tablespoonOnion, minced
2tablespoonsVegetable oil
1teaspoonShrimp paste (blachan)
1tablespoonHot chili, minced
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonSugar

Directions

Heat wok and when hot saute garlic and onion in oil. Add the clachan, chili, salt and sugar. Continue to cook until sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Store in air-tight jar until ready for use.
