Vegetable onion dip

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Non-fat sour cream
½ cup Onions; chopped
¼ cup Scallions; chopped
¼ cup Carrots; chopped
¼ cup Red bell peppers; chopped
1 teaspoon Jalapeno; finely chopped,
; seeded
1 dash Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Tabasco; optional
Salt; optional
Parsely sprigs; for garnish

1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, onion, scallions, carrots, red peppers, jalapeno and mix thoroughly; add vinegar, Tabasco and salt.

2. Remove to a serving bowl,cover and refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with parsely before serving.

Only 29 calories per ¼ cup!
