| 1 | dash | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Tabasco; optional |
| Salt; optional | ||
| Parsely sprigs; for garnish | ||
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, onion, scallions, carrots, red peppers, jalapeno and mix thoroughly; add vinegar, Tabasco and salt.
2. Remove to a serving bowl,cover and refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with parsely before serving.
