|3 larges||Ripe bananas; peeled, halved, and cut lengthways|
|Sprinkle of cinnamon|
|Splash of rum to flame|
Melt butter and saut bananas until they soften. Add cinnamon and sugar and stir until sugar caramelises. Splash in brandy, flame the bananas, turn down the lights, and watch some magic.
