Flambed bananas in rum

| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dark rum |
| 2 | Oranges; zest of | |
| 1 | ounce | Butter |
| Clotted cream | ||
Directions
Cut each banana into 3 pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar, orange zest and rum.
Mix in the bananas over a medium heat. Add more rum and flamb, using a match to light the alcohol. Allow the flames to go out.
Serve with clotted cream.
