Flamb‚ed bananas in rum

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Bananas
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dark rum
2 \N Oranges; zest of
1 ounce Butter
\N \N Clotted cream

Cut each banana into 3 pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar, orange zest and rum.

Mix in the bananas over a medium heat. Add more rum and flamb‚, using a match to light the alcohol. Allow the flames to go out.

Serve with clotted cream.
