Flaming caramel bannanas

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Bananas; cut 1 inch thick
½ cup Grand Marnier; warmed in mircowave
100 grams Butter
8 tablespoons Brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice; to taste
1 cup Whipped cream, light
1 dash Vanilla extract; add to whipped cream
1 dash Grand Marnier; add to whipped cream

1. Add vanilla extrat and a dash of Grand Marnier to cream and whip until very thick. Put aside.

2. Heat remaining Grand Marnier in a small ceramic milk jug. Do not boil.

3. Melt butter in deep frying pan, add sugar and caramelise. 4. Add bananas and brown. 5.Arrange bannana onto service bowls, with cream on side. 6.

When serving, set jug of Grand Manier on fire and pour over bannanas.
