Fried bananas

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Green tipped bananas
\N \N Salt & pepper
\N \N Fresh lemon juice
1 \N Egg
1 tablespoon Water
½ cup Dry bread crumbs

Cut bananas into halves crosswise & lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & lemon juice. Dip into egg beaten with water, then into bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Drain on paper.
