Hot cider

Yield: 30 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 gallon Sweet cider
4 Oranges; juice of
5 Lemons; juice of
2 cups Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
3 teaspoons Ground allspice
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
4 Sticks cinnamon

Mix cider, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar in saucepan. Tie nutmeg, allspice, and ground cinnamon in a cheese cloth bag. Add to liquid, and let boil. Remove spice bag and then float cinnamon sticks on top. Serve hot.

Yield: 30 servings.
