| Measure | Ingredient |

| 4 cups | Apple Juice, or cider |
| 1 cup | Water |
| ½ cup | Brown Sugar |
| 3 cups | Orange Juice |
| 3 tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
| ¼ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 1 \N | 3 In. Cinnamon Stick |
Mix together. Bring to boil. Simmer. Can be made in 30 cup coffee pot.
