Ingredients

| 2 | quarts | Apple cider |
| 1 | cup | Light brown sugar, packed |
| 8 | xes | Cinnamon sticks |
| ¾ | cup | Lemon juice |
| 8 | xes | Cloves |
Directions
In a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer incovered 10 minutes. Remove spices. Serve hot or cold. Makes two quarts. Note: New Englanders have been known to add Rum on cold winter days.
