Recipe by: JACQUELINE MALLORCA Preparation Time: 0:30 Simmer frozen artichoke hearts in chicken broth with the garlic until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, wrap in thinly cut bacon and secure with a toothpick. Broil until bacon is crisp, and serve warm. Alternatively, wrap in prosciutto and serve cold.
