Hot artichoke seafood salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
14 ounces Can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 cups Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1½ cup Fresh crab meat, drained and picked through
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
½ cup Toasted almonds
Assorted crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Liberally grease a 1½ quart glass baking dish. Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well and spoon into the baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. Serve on crackers.
