1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | Roasted salted sunflower nuts |
In 4-cup glass measure combine carrots and water. Cover with vented plastic food wrap. Microwave on HIGH until hot (3 to 4 minutes). Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together honey butter and lemon juice. Spoon over carrots; sprinkle with sunflower nuts.
