Honey-oat pancakes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Bisquick original baking mix
⅓ cup Quick-cooking oats
1¼ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Honey
1 Egg
1 Stick margarine or butter
¾ cup Honey
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

HONEY-CINNAMON SYRUP

HEAT griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Beat all ingredients except syrup with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended.

POUR batter by scant ¼ cupfuls onto hot griddle.

COOK until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve with Honey-Cinnamon Syrup. About 14 pancakes.

Honey-Cinnamon Syrup: Heat all ingredients, stirring occasionally, until hot.
