Honey mustard bread

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Water
1½ cup White bread flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons Dry milk
2½ tablespoon Honey
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Chicken broth; low salt/can
1⅔ tablespoon Gourmet mustard (dijon etc)
1 teaspoon Chives; (dried)
2 teaspoons Yeast

The chives give this bread a sweet taste and it is great for sandwiches and even just toasted.
