2 | cups | Freshly ground whole wheat flour, sifted |
2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ | cup | Unsalted butter |
3½ | tablespoon | Honey |
2 | eaches | To 4 Tbsp. milk |
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Set aside. Cream together butter, honey, and 2 Tbsp. milk. Cut butter mixture into flour mixture, using 2 remaining Tbsp. milk if needed. Using a rolling pin, roll to ¼ inch thickness between sheets of waxed paper. Remove top sheet of waxed paper; cut into 1-½ x 1-½ inch square or diamond shapes and place on a dehydrator tray.
