Homemade french dressing mix

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Onion powder

Combine all ingredients in a small until evenly distributed. Put mixture in a foil packet or small glass jar. Label with date and ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.

Variation: Use an herb flavored vinegar, or add dried herbs to taste.

Makes 1 packet, or about 5 tb, Homemade French Dressing Mix.
