Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Ground cinnamon |
2 tablespoons | Ground dried orange peel |
2 tablespoons | Ground anise seed |
2 tablespoons | Ground allspice |
2 tablespoons | Ground cardamom |
2 tablespoons | Ground coriander |
1 tablespoon | Ground cloves |
1 tablespoon | Ground ginger |
2 teaspoons | Ground nutmeg |
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
(Note: Allowing flavors to mingle for several weeks prior to use improves the taste.) Makes approx. 1¼ c. Can be used in muffins, cookies, holiday cakes, pies, puddings and fruit sauces.
