Hoisin-five spices marinade for bbq pork

Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Soy sauce
2½ tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 tablespoon Honey
1½ teaspoon Sugar
1 pinch Five spices

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Rub into pork and let stand 1 hour.
