Catsup-hoisin marinade for bbq spareribs

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Chinese red bean cheese |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| ¼ | cup | Hoisin sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
1. Mash red bean cheese; then combine with remaining ingredients.
2. Rub mixture over spareribs and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Then roast.
