Basic marinade for barbecued pork

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Sherry
1 tablespoon Sugar

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Add to pork and marinate.

VARIATION: Add 2 scallion stalks and 2 or 3 slices fresh ginger root, both minced. Or add ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon and a dash of pepper.
