Hershey's dark chocolate cake

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup FLOUR
2 cups SUGAR
1½ teaspoon BAKING POWDER
1½ teaspoon BAKING SODA
¾ cup COCOA
1 teaspoon SALT
2 eaches EGGS
1 cup MILK
½ cup OIL
2 teaspoons VANILLA
1 cup BOILING WATER

COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE BOILING WATER. BEAT UNTIL WELL MIXED, ABOUT 2 MINUTES AT MEDIUM SPEED. STIR IN BOILING WATER (BATTER WILL BE THIN). POUR INTO GREASED PAN (EITHER 1, 9" X 13" OR 2, 9" ROUND). BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES FOR ROUND PANS OR 35 TO 40 FOR SHEET PAN. COOL 10 MINUTES IN PAN, THEN REMOVE TO WIRE RACK AND COOL COMPLETELY.
