Healthy choice crab dip

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Nonfat yogurt -- or sour
\N \N Cream
2 tablespoons Fat free mayo
8 ounces Fat free cream cheese --
\N \N Softened
1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
1 cup Fat free chedder cheese
½ pounds Imitation crab -- flaked
\N \N Paprika

Combine yogurt, mayo, cream cheese, and seasonings. Mix well. Then, stir in cheddar cheese and crab. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Sprinkle with Paprika. Serve with crackers, bread sticks or veggies.
