Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Pineapple slices
1 can Tomato paste (6 oz)
2 tablespoons Onion -- chopped
½ teaspoon Oregano -- crushed
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Sugar
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
Black pepper
1 Ready made pizza crust
2 cups Mozzarella cheese --
3 slices Cooked ham -- 1/2" strips
1 Green pepper -- rings
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
½ teaspoon Basil -- crushed

Preheat oven to 400 F. Drain pineapple reserving juice. Combine reserved juice with tomato paste, onion, oregano, basil, salt, sugar, garlic and black pepper. Mix well. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Arrange pineapple, ham and green pepper on top.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
