Pineapple orange pie

Marmalade
FILLING
1Envelope unflavored gelatin

MIXED WITH
½cupOrange juice concentrate
5Ice cubes
½cupCrushed unsweetened
Pineapple
2teaspoonsNo sugar added orange
Marmalade
1cupLowfat yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 7 or 8" glass pie plate with pam and set aside. Combine crust ingredients and press into pie plate. Cover edges with foil and bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250F. and bake another 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Sprinkle gelatin over water/orange juice and heat until dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until melted. Add pineapple and marmalade. Whisk in yogurt. Pour into crust and chill until firm.
