Sweet potato pie with pineapple

| 2 | cups | Rich milk or light cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Unsalted butter |
| 4 | Separated eggs | |
| ¾ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | cup | Light corn syrup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Allspice |
| 1 | cup | Drained crushed pineapple |
| 1 | Unbaked pie shell | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Mix potatoes with milk. Add butter, yolks, sugar, salt & spices & beat until light & fluffy. Blend in pineapple. Beat whites until stiff & fold into potato mixture. Pour mixture into shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon & bake 45 minutes. Serve warm.
