| 1 | pack | (2#) Hash Brown or O'Brien |
| 1 | can | Cream Chicken Soup |
| 2 | cups | Sour Cream |
| 2 | cups | Cheddar Cheese |
| Salt & Pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Spread potatoes in dish. Let thaw. Mix other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes, melt ½ cup oleo. mix with Corn Flake crumbs and spread over top. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Delicious!! NOTE: If you use hash browns add ½ cup onions and peppers.
