Hashed brown casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (2#) Hash Brown or O'Brien
1 can Cream Chicken Soup
2 cups Sour Cream
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
\N \N Salt & Pepper to taste

Spread potatoes in dish. Let thaw. Mix other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes, melt ½ cup oleo. mix with Corn Flake crumbs and spread over top. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Delicious!! NOTE: If you use hash browns add ½ cup onions and peppers.
