Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (2#) Hash Brown or O'Brien |
1 can | Cream Chicken Soup |
2 cups | Sour Cream |
2 cups | Cheddar Cheese |
\N \N | Salt & Pepper to taste |
Spread potatoes in dish. Let thaw. Mix other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes, melt ½ cup oleo. mix with Corn Flake crumbs and spread over top. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Delicious!! NOTE: If you use hash browns add ½ cup onions and peppers.
