Ham steaks - ii

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 15 oz. Bone-In Ham Steaks
\N \N (pre-cooked)
¼ cup Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Mustard
\N \N Water

Gash the sides of the ham, then place in a shallow baking dish. Mix brown sugar, mustard and a bit of water together for spreading consistency. Spread on surface of ham and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
