2. CUT EDGE OF EACH STEAK IN SEVERAL PLACES TO PREVENT CURLING.
3. GRILL ON LIGHTLY GREASED 350 F. GRIDDLE ABOUT 1½ MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL BROWNED.
