Grilled ham steak

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Apricot preserves -- or plum
\N \N Preserves
1 tablespoon Mustard -- prepared
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 each Ham steak -- 2 lbs l in.
\N \N Thick

In a small saucepan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat until thoroughly combined, about 2-3 min. Score fat edges of ham. Grill over med. coals for 8-10 min. per side, brushing with glaze during the last few min. of grilling. Yield: 6 servings.
