Guava sorbet

Quantity Ingredient
24 ounces Guava nectar
1 cup Water
½ cup Granulated sugar
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Orange zest; freshly grated

Remove the syrup from the heat and cool to room temperature. Stir in the guava nectar, lemon juice and orange zest. Pour the mixture into an ice cream canister and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
