Mango sorbet

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Mango, pureed
2 tablespoons Syrup, simple *
2 tablespoons Juice, lime, fresh

* Simple syrups are made from 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar mixed together.

Strain the pureed mangos through a chinois (sieve) and add simple syrup. Add the lime juice. Using an ice cream maker, chill and churn until frozen.
