| 2 | tablespoons | PICO DE GALLO TOPPING |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Freshly minced garlic |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Spoon avocado from skin into a bowl & mash with fork until chunky.
Stir in remaining ingredients. If not serving immediately, spread plastic wrap over surface of guacamole to prevent discoloration.
