Guacamole - standard

Ingredients

2largesRipe avocados
2teaspoonsFresh lime OR lemon juice
¼cupSour cream (optional)
1smallClove garlic, crushed
1smallTomato diced
1Canned jalapeno, seeded and
Finely chopped (optional)
¼cupOnion, finely minced

Directions

Halve the avocados, remove pit, scoop out pulp and mash with a fork.

Add lime OR lemon juice sour cream (if using) and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Note: To prevent discoloration of dip, place pits on top of dip during storage.
