Guacamole - standard

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Sour cream (optional) |
| 1 | small | Clove garlic, crushed |

| Finely chopped (optional) | ||
| ¼ | cup | Onion, finely minced |
Directions
Halve the avocados, remove pit, scoop out pulp and mash with a fork.
Add lime OR lemon juice sour cream (if using) and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Note: To prevent discoloration of dip, place pits on top of dip during storage.
