Mushrooms and sour cream

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Mushrooms
8 ounces Sour cream
1 tablespoon Flour (or a little more; depending on consistency)
½ cup Parmesan cheese
\N \N Chopped parsley

submitted by: koons@... (Sasha Koons, Malvern, PA, USA) Slice & cook mushrooms, 5-10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, flour, cheese, and salt to taste. Stir together & cook 5 minutes (boil). Stir in chopped parsley. Bake ½ hr to 45 minutes at 325 degrees. I use this with fish or beef.
