2 mediums | Onions, thin sliced |
½ cup | Beef broth |
3 cups | Brown beef cubes |
3 tablespoons | Sharp cheese, shredded |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ cup | Dairy sour cream |
Melt shortening in skillet. Add onions and saute until soft and clear. Add broth, beef, cheese and seasonings. Cover, simmer gently to heat, Blend in sour cream just before serving.
