Beef with sour cream

Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Onions, thin sliced |
| ½ | cup | Beef broth |
| 3 | cups | Brown beef cubes |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sharp cheese, shredded |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | cup | Dairy sour cream |
Directions
Melt shortening in skillet. Add onions and saute until soft and clear. Add broth, beef, cheese and seasonings. Cover, simmer gently to heat, Blend in sour cream just before serving.
