Ground beef dressing

| 1 | tablespoon | Poultry seasoning |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt -- optional |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | cups | Chicken broth -- low-sodium |
Directions
In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Place in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to 3 qt. baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 325 deg. for 1½ hrs. Uncover and bake 10 min. more until dressing is lightly browned. Yield: 16 servings.
